Q: Why are the properties you find so inexpensive? Wouldn’t you just keep the best deals for yourself?
A: Our properties are sold as-is at prices based on their condition. These homes are discounted 20-50% because the homeowners need to sell their home FAST. Our proprietary marketing systems find homeowners who are in a bind such as a foreclosure or other type of distressed situation. HBS quickly buys these homes for cash, giving the sellers immediate relief from their properties. Then, we pass along the savings to you!
Q: How are the properties on this site different from ones I’d find on the MLS?
A: You won’t find many of our discounted properties on the MLS! Rather than listing them on the Multiple Listing Service, we work directly with the homeowners. Often, we’re able to help the homeowners get rid of their home faster and cheaper than listing it on the MLS. (Note: Some of our properties are listed on MLS but those are meant to be sold to end buyers and not to investors.)
Q: Can I use bank financing to buy these properties?
Absolutely! We’ll consider all conventionally financed homes, those with repair loans, and homes with hard money loans. If you need financing to buy a property on our site, we can connect you with lenders that we recommend and have worked with before.
Q: How do I make an offer on a property?
A: It’s simple! Contact us by telephone or email to get started. We take offers on a first-come, first-serve basis, so contacting us via phone is the quickest way. When you’re ready to buy the property, we’ll require a deposit to secure your offer on that property. We want you to feel 100% comfortable and confident in your decisions, and we’re here to help.
